This review is long overdue. I am an owner of a 2004 BMW E46 6-speed manual, so basically I am cheap SOB and prefer to do all the work on my car myself. After having spent three days on my back replacing the oil pan gakset, engine mounts, oil separator, and all lubricating fluids, I messed up big time in the final step and failed to fill up the differential with enough oil to keep it lubricated. I quickly found out what a catastrophic failure of the gear box sounds like on Highway 50 at 3:00am in the morning. I remembered hearing from several people about a reputable BMW shop off Folsom Blvd in Rancho, so I called AAA and got a tow to drop the car off. Since the shop is located in a commercial park with a large parking lot, it was very convenient and easy for the tow truck driver to maneuver the car into a spot that was not directly in front of the garage (DO NOT BE THAT GUY). I filled out the form and dropped the key in the night drop box and received a call first thing in the morning. He was able to locate a differential for my model (6-speed manual, hard to find) and completed the work same day. The price was more than fair and I could not have been happier with the communication and quality of work. I highly recommend this shop!

Friendly family ran place

Everyone here is excellent. Gus and Michael are friendly and always take the time to answer all my questions. And Adel is a pleasure to work with. This place is like my second home. I'll be coming here from years to come!

I took my Mercedes Sprinter Itasca Navion motor home to Angelo's BMW-Mercedes for service. Of course being a German engine vehicle you can have strange and interesting issues come up that only a German Engineer would never expect. I had such a problem but Angelo's went above and beyond anything I've experienced at an Auto repair and maintenance shop to figure out the problem when the issue was not resolved the first time using the standard procedures and then the Engine light kept coming on. They took it back in and continued to research the problem and issue until it was resolved backing up their service. Michael Angelo you Parents named you properly and you and you Family business has my respect and loyalty. Have some Lasagna apparently named after you Thanks!
