Great communication, fair pricing, exceptional service. I like to do most of my own services but I will let shops do the things that I don't like doing such as transmission service (drain, flush, fill). It is nice to have them give the car a thorough inspection while there as well. I feel that they give a very fair assessment of what will need to be addressed. A nice touch that allows me to asses what I want to work on and what I can let them do. For example, in this service, we had just bought a used 2006 X5. I thought that I had given it a thorough inspection when purchased. But, since I wanted the transmission serviced, I asked them to give it a full inspection while there. They revealed a handful of issues. A couple I let them handle and a couple I will handle. If you are looking for a place to take your car for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI), I would definitely, recommend Angelo's.

I have a 1997 BMW Z3 convertable that I bought in 2007. The owner I bought it from recommended Angelo's. They had been providing service to the car for years. I decided to follow their recommendation, it was the best decision I could have made. Adelle, Gus, Michael and Angelo treated my car as if it was their own. Their estimates are honest and accurate. They communicate if changes are needed. They go that extra distance to make sure than when you drive away you are pleased with their service. You get a great value for their work done on your car. If you need work done on you BMW, or any car they specialize in, bring it here. Your care will be well care for and the drive home will feel like when you drove it home from the dealer.

Adele, Angelo, and their team are great! So helpful and they know their stuff. I took in my mini for routine service and to have a minor leak looked at. They diagnosed the leak and did the needed maintenance. When I came in they showed me my dirty filters that they replaced. I got to pick Angelo's brain on some mini related questions I had, and he was really knowledgeable about it. Will definitely be bringing my mini back here from now on!

They get 4 instead of 5 because they didn't communicate as well as I thought they should. Angelo's wife called me saying my car was working but then called 20 minutes after saying it stopped working. She said she would call me back to let me know what was wrong. She never called me back, so I had to call the emergency number to see what was up. Angelo said they still needed to look at it but I wanted my car back due to taking two days off already. He said I can pick it up the next day which means I have to take more time off of work. If she called me back like she said she would I wouldn't have to take additional time off.

What can I write but thank goodness for the honesty at this shop. They tell you what is wrong and the right way to fix. Even if it's bad news they deliver the correct solution to solve the problem. They have repaired 3 vehicles for me and I will continue to bring them my business. A family repair center that has experience and cares for what they do.
